Shipping policy
1. Preorder Items: Preorders typically take between 12 to 20 working days. However, this timeframe is an estimate and not guaranteed, as some items may still be in production and require additional time. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
2. Partial Shipments: Your order may be shipped in multiple parts if some items are ready for delivery sooner. However, you will only be charged a single delivery fee.
3. International Deliveries: For worldwide orders shipped via Aramex, deliveries may be left at the door based on the destination country’s policy. A delivery photo will be provided as proof. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise after delivery.
