You can exchange items within one week of receiving your order.

• The item must have the plastic ticket we attach, and it should not be removed. If the ticket is removed, the return will not be accepted.
• You can exchange your item for the same item in a different size or for any item currently available in stock. Exchanges for pre-order items are not available.

We currently offer exchanges only within Lebanon. Unfortunately, we do not provide exchange services for international orders

We do not offer refunds as a standard policy. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your situation.
